Looking for agents that specialist in penthouse rental … I have 2 penthouse for rent , currently I am overseas , I am the landlord , but my son can pass the keys and lead the viewing , can my son sign the agreement for me ?

I am serving a number of expatriates looking out specifically for penthouses or patio units, therefore if you are comfortable in disclosing more details and expectations of your penthouses available, I maybe able to match them with tenants more efficiently.

In addition, unless you have appointed your son as the power of attorney, you will be required to sign on all the agreements accordingly, but this can be taken care of quite easily as the documents can be couriered to and fro accordingly.

As long as your Son is above 21 years of age, and has the POA to act for you, he will be able to sign the TA for you.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to do the POA, you could also print out the TA, sign (and get a witness to acknowledge) and then DHL the TA back to me.
