Looking for agents and landlords open to working with our company Tribes. We are looking to lease units from landlords (long-term) and sublet to young professional expats coming to SG for 3-6 month projects.
Our company will guarantee payment and maintenance to the landlord, and will take care of managing the room rentals with individual tenants. We will comply with all SG URA regulations, and any applicable condo rules. Lease will be in the name of the company.
We are looking for 3B and 4B units in great condos close to MRT in expat friendly locations, with easy CBD access: D01-08 and also East (D14-16).
Price ranges $2.5-6k
Flats can be furnished or part furnished (white goods), and we can work to furnish them to high standard for our tenants.
