Looking for a flat (eg. EM) that have at least 3 bedroom (able to put queen size bed with wardrobe) with balcony and near market and mrt, hopefully fully reno with move in condition. location wise can be consider.

Afternoon Dennis,

Most EM comes with 1 bedroom on the first level and 3 on the second level. Balcony are usually beside the hall and kitchen. As for near market and MRT, there are few locations to look at. I would need to know your preference of location plus budget to keep a lookout for you.
