Looking at the last quarter condo prices and transactions it seems like increasing and moving up.As a buyer i can buy anytime now but not urgent as i stay at my parent place but at the same time i worry the prices will move up soon as i think this coming quarter the transaction volume will be even higher.Any advices?

Currently, it is still a buyer's market and it is to your advantage if you start sourcing now as there is a higher probability that you may be able to get a good deal as some owners are very motivated to sell.

Prices have remained quite stable this year and I personally do not think there will be drastic dip or increase in the near future.
