Le Conney Park is a walk up apartment. No lift access. As to which is the best stack, I highly doubt there is any answer because individual preferences will be different. Road facing units could be noisier but offers better brightness. I think the best option is to spend time and visit the units physically for viewing to determine if it fits your requirements.
