Hi,

To get a 4-bedroom in Park Green for $900K, we're looking at $650 psf which is considerably lower than the recent transacted price and market asking price.

If you could increase your budget to at least $700 psf or at least $970K, you will have a higher chance of getting a low to mid floor unit.
