Let's say I have a flat bought from hdb and it's 5 years now, and I wan to buy another flat from hdb. Do I need to pay levy to hdb ? How much will there be ? I would like to know the different between 4room and 5 room flat

Afternoon, Yes, levy is payable as it's considered as your second timer unit. Levy payable is based on your current unit or first subsidized unit sizing. If your current unit is 4 room flat, the levy payable is $40k. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
