You are eligible to purchase a HDB unit under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme if you are 35 years or above.

There is no income ceiling unless you are applying for CPF Housing Grant or an HDB Loan.

To be eligible to purchase a resale HDB under Single Singaporean Citizen Scheme, you must be at least 35 years old and of course a SC.

Do you fulfill both?

In addition, will you be taking bank loan or HDB loan?

To be eligible for HLE, your monthly income can't exceed $5k.

Maybe you should apply for HLE first and find out how much loan can you obtain then we work things out from there.

If you are looking at buying 3 room resale unit under single scheme, you need to be SC above age of 35. I would also need to know how much loan you will be entitled to, based on your credit and income standing. Alongside with your preferred area and possible cash at hand, we can try to narrow down into something that fits you well.

Dear sir,

It would be great to find out also how much cash component are you able to come up with on top of the loan amount you are eligible for this purchase. You may wish to speak to a banker or do your HLE if you are eligible.
