Hi,

1) My guess is you might have missed paying one of the monthly mortgage.
2) It is recommend to approach your HDB branch office to have it check for there could be a mistake or due to technical glitch.
3) You are still eligible to apply for another HDB loan with an outstanding loan.
4) This is quite common for those who sold their BTO once it reached 5 years MOP.
5) Most people have outstanding mortgage with the HDB or bank when selling their flat.
