Afternoon Dayah,

To purchase a resale unit, you will be required to look at how much CPF OA and cash you have at hand. If you are SC, you might be eligible for CPF housng grant. As at this moment, let's say you were to purchase 3 room flat in Tampines, you might still need around $120k, in CPF plus cash.
