I've to 2 year tenancy agreement with my owner which will expire in mid 2014. I want to buy a condo/HDB which would be ready by mid 2014 preferably b/w Serangoon and Pungol. Can I view the property and book now for 2014?
Basically i m confused if i need to go for immediate buying or wait till 2014.

Hi Raj, definitely, you can and should buy now while awaiting completion of the proposed condo. Buying now will help you avoid the almost inevitable price increase come TOP.

Pls contact me so I can bring you to view suitable developments under construction btn Serangoon and Punggol :)

Hi Raj,

I would suggest you getting a unit now. (I have my reasons for suggesting so).

Given your scenario, i would recommend that you get a new property as the monthly instalments would be quite affordable, which is a key issue as im taking account that you are still paying rental for the unit you are staying now. Most of these new property would be ready by mid 2014.

*we can go through a financial calculation to see how much is the monthly instalment etc to let you have a better idea on your monthly payments, from there we can work out a rough estimate of the property price that you are comfortable with.

There are many other factors to consider as well as the home buying process. If you have the time, i would like to meet up with you and understand more on your requirements and have a 2-way discussion.

Do give me a text or call at my mobile and i will revert shortly.

Thank You
