I've never rented condo before. Can someone help me understand what are the additional fees above and beyond the monthly rate shown at property guru that I should expect to pay at the signing of the contract and during the duration of the lease?
For example, for a $4,500/month condo, do I have to pay any fees/commissions to agent? Do I have to pay any additional monthly/quarterly fees or service contract?
