Morning,
you are looking at resale HDB or BTO? There are guidelines to follow for either one.
Resale HDB - You can purchase a resale HDB but you have to dispose off all private properties (be it in Singapore or overseas) within 6 months after completion.
BTO - You have to dispose off all your private properties and wait for a period of 30 months before you can apply for BTO.
