I've a common room for rent in the West, near Jurong Point & NTU. Available 1 Feb. What's the typical rental I can expect and how do i go about renting it?

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Would you consider renting beds insteads of renting a room? A common room could put in 2 to 4 beds (double-deck) and each bed could rent out around $300 - $400 depending of the area and facilities provided.
