Based on caveats lodged, a 667sqf unit sold at $680k in Oct and Nov 10. Given that your unit is well maintained and renovated, I see a possibility to fetch $750k or near this price. Are you intending to sell your unit?

The latest average transaction for Compass Heights is $822psf and the current median asking psf is $822psf. However, there is a studio that was transacted at $902psf last year July. Based on $902psf, a studio will be about $700,000 depending on the size.

There isn’t any studio in Compass Heights selling right now, therefore, I though you might be able to sell at $750,000.
