It has almost no condo facilities, aged(>30yrs) & a lot of units are on rental, so the crowd are mostly FT.Just dont make sense.
There is also no 100% en-blk. Why is Lakeside Apartment price still so high?

As you have already mentioned, although is has not 100% enbloc, the enbloc potential is still very much there.
