Is there any restriction to the number of people owning a single property? My brothers, sister and I wish to own a private property. Is there any restriction of the type and amount of property we can own? Thank you.

Hi,

Your first property is an HDB? Have you fulfill 5 years Occupation period if you taken grant. If yes, you can buy pte property, how many you want to buy is up to the bank that allows you to loan. So talk to banker on your current loan. Buying property is easy, but buying the RIGHT property is not.
