I don't think there's such an scheme. May I know your plans & objectives? TOP date is typically earlier than legal completion date, buyers move in 3-6 months after the condo officially reaches its TOP date, with the legal completion date coming much after. Which project are you considering? Thanks and hope to assist with your plans further.

I dont think there's such scheme in Singapore.

Btw legal completion date is date that developer told the owners when should it TOP by but usually TOP date is 3 to 6 months before it where owners can start collecting their keys to occupy their unit.

There is no outright rent-to-own scheme available, however, I did manage to broker a transaction similar to what you have mentioned, in that the purchaser rented for a period of around 7 months prior to committing into a sales and purchase agreement for the property, thus, I would say it could be part of a tailored scheme for private owners.

There is currently no such scheme in Singapore. TOP is the date which residents can collect keys and move into the development. As for the legal completion, it will usually happen one year after the TOP date.

You may want to explore purchasing a condo at this point of tme instead of renting as it is currently a buyer's market and seller's are more accommodative when it comes to pricing.

There's no such scheme available in Singapore as of now, if there is, it will be the private arrangements between the seller/developer and the buyer.

The TOP date will usually mean the date when the unit is ready to move in or key collection day. Legal completion will take place at a later date usually 3-6months.
