For a start, below are a some condos that are around 1km from Queenstown Primary School:
- Alexis (FH, TOP 2012)
- Metropolitan (LH99, TOP 2009)
- Queens (LH99, TOP 2002)
- Tanglin Regency (LH99, TOP 1998)
- The Anchorage (FH, TOP 1997)
- Tanglin Park (FH, TOP 1988)

My personal pick among the lot would be Anchorage for its freehold status, location, and attractive pricing compared to its neighbouring projects.
