To get 4 room flat without COV is possible if you are not choosy about the unit's condition, actual location and level of the unit. I have managed to closed 4 room flat unit in CCK and Bukit Gombak with $0 COV, based on my buyer's financial ability.

Hi,

I have brought buyers to view $0 COV units at Jurong West recently. Do let me know if you are interested to view the units.

The initial payment required would be the $5000 cash deposit and the legal fee if you are eligible to take up the HDB concessionary loan and have sufficient CPF to cover the 10% downpayment and 3% buyer stamp duty. For bank loan, an additional 5% cash is required based on the valuation price and 15% have to be paid by CPF/Cash instead of 10%.
