Is there a way a foreigner who has a local girlfriend to buy a landed property here.How about if they plan to marry here? Did u mean a foreigner can only buy condo but not landed property?

Hi,
There are landed properties in Sentosa eligible for foreigners,
However they are leasehold properties.
Other better alternatives are FREEHOLD cluster/town houses with added benefits of common sharing facilties.
