Yes there are 2 residential plots opposite MGS. However, we are unsure of what is going to be developed there as it could be private housing or HDB flats depending on the govt's plan.

Hi Sir/Mdm,

The land plots opposite MGS along Blackmore Drive is zoned residential, but nothing is confirmed on whether it will be HDB or Private Housing.

There is also ongoing construction for the cross island mrt station at King Albert Park, so my guess is it may be a while after before any land plot here is launched for development.

For instance, Hillhaven Condo is along the same stretch and is close to Methodist Girls’ School1. Additionally, Forest Woods Condo is within walking distance across the road from the school2. If you’re interested in properties near MRT stations, you can explore options near King Albert Park MRT Station (Downtown Line DT6), which is also close to MGS3. Keep an eye out for any future developments in the area!
