Is there a condo which is able to fit the following requirement:

1. Sale price: Not more than SGD1 million
2. 2 bed with 2 bathroom (at least)
3. Size: Minimum 700 sqft
4. Age: TOP on or after 2015 (or even new project)
5. Private condo / EC after MOP (as not qualify for HDB and new EC requirement)
6. District: D19
7. Walkable to nearest Mrt.

Dear sir/madam,

May I know what constitutes to walkable to nearest MRT means? There are a few options from my understanding which could fit into your requirements except for the walkable distance part which I am unsure what is within your definition.

There are some that could fit some of your requirements, one of which is A Treasure Trove. However, even though price of a particular development seems within the preferred price range and affordable, it is not the sole factor why it will appreciate further.
