Is the Staggered Downpayment Scheme (i.e. 5% cash, 5% when signing lease, balance 10% when collecting keys) applicable to the purchasing of an Executive Condo (EC)? My fiance and I are both first-time applicants and are both under the age of 30. Thanks!

Good afternoon, In fact, it is not applicable for EC purchase but there is normal or deferred payment scheme. Deferred payment scheme is upon TOP, then you start finance your bank loan whereas normal, you will be financing it while the project is constructing. May I know what's your concerns? About the 20% downpayment?
