Unfortunately you will require to apply to SLA for approval to own a unit in Shaughnessy. My team is marketing a handful of units within this project and we are expecting an offer for 1 of the unit to arrive soon. In terms of loan eligibility, there is no difference from a normal buyer purchasing a condo, therefore if it is the loan quantum which you are watching out for, it is better to speak to a banker to establish the numbers before jumping onto the bandwagon of househunting.
