Real estate resale transaction has to happen on a willing seller and willing buyer basis. The vetting procedure set up in place could be due to a request by the seller, perhaps due to the pandemic in place so as to better protect the family and also to ensure that visiting buyers are really ready to offer. This seller, perhaps may not be so motivated to sell since he or she maybe willing to miss out potential buyers who are not keen to be part of this filtering process. As a season listing agent myself, I will also do my best to filter off prospective buyers before bringing them to the physical viewing such that I can minimise unnecessary contacts between the seller and prospects. In typical arrangement, I will be shooting a virtual 360 degrees home tour to be shared in an online session such that buyers are aware of the location and conditions of the house, before making that physical trip down to the actual house for physical viewing.
