Is the condo price going down soon? thinking to sell

Dear owner,
Latest market update is that price in the resale condo market has still kept up well, although number of transactions have reduced, therefore if the transactions continue to fall, it may lead to downtrend given that some owners who are selling their current place have urgent need to sell.
If you have a genuine need to sell, then it will be important to engage a consultant to discuss more about your plans and needs. It is always better to act 1 day earlier than 1 day later as I have always advise my clients.
