Is spottiswoode park enbloc potential?

Hi Joyce,
It is hard for Spottiswoode Park to be enbloc because the land belongs to PSA and some of the blocks over there belongs to HDB. Please feel free to contact me so that I can explain to you in greater details.

The HDB blocks are going through HIP soon. The private blocks 101, 102, 105 n 107 were not offered any subsidies by HDB (as the owner and manager of the ROJAK estate). As such, there is no immediate solution. If you would like to know more please contact me directly via WhatsApp.
