Is SOHO Unit in Seawind a bad idea (difficult to sell in future)? What's the trend with SOHO Units outside of the CBD? I am considering Seawind (Telok Kurau). It has a shortcut to East Coast Rd between the kindergarten and Mayfair. Otherwise it is in middle of Lorong M/N. My worry: will the low price of all Telok Kurau small-development condos keep Seawind price from appreciating? Is Telok Kurau a bad plan to buy versus Siglap, Katong etc? Is the Maintenance fee of $450 considered above average and how much will it increase in 10yrs?
