Dear prospective buyer,
In my own opinion, I still prefer the charm of the older projects given the use of space by the developers back then compared to the bay windows and huge balconies space that is applicable to the newer projects.
In current sentiments, if you are able to secure a value for money unit in this location, I would say it is still a good buy as it is a good hedge bearing in mind that current prices are on a low and have a potential to go on a bull run in future when the cooling measures are slowly released. There may also be genuine interests by developers to enbloc the space moving forward as the project ages 10-20 years down the road.
