Hi Krish, some of the old condos in Meyer Road have anti-enbloc residents. There has been attempts at trying for an en bloc sale, but has so far not been successful.

You must understand that apart from getting the requisite quantum (80%) consent for the en bloc process, they will need to find a buyer for the plot at the agreed price.

The Atria @ Meyer has failed a few times as well getting the requisite quantum.

If you are looking to purchase property along Meyer Road, why not consider THe Meyerise. It sits on a former bungalow land. We are representing the developer for sales of this luxurious and exclusive development.

Contact me for details of this development. Even if its just for information purposes.

Catherine, I used to live there, I have clients and friends living in that area, so I know. As you can see Equitorial Apartments is Sooooo Old, it was already old when I was in Secondary school, and its still not gone enbloc, same for Hawaii Towers, Peach Garden - all older than Meyer Park, so its not easy for enbloc sale to go through honestly.
