Yes why not, Riversails is one of the newer condos in the Upper Serangoon Vicinity by a reputable developer Allgreen. Its opposite the amenities and closer to KPE exit. As long as you enter at a reasonable price and stay long term, definitely there will be periods of property upcycle where there's an opportunity to sell it at a better price.

Based on the average price trend, Riversails has seen an appreciation of around $100psf since 2013 to date, however, if we were to zoom into the performance of this project over the last 12 months or so, the prices have remained pretty stagnant.

With 10 transactions clocked till date as of 26th March, there seems to be healthy demand in this project, given its location which is not exactly near major amenities like neighbourhood mall or the MRT, nevertheless, do take note that since there is quite a number of similar projecs within the immediate vicinity, liquidity maybe an issue moving forward, as competition from neighbouring projects can probably affect the pricing at the point of liquidation.
