Hi,

1) You are still eligible to buy a 2-rm BTO/SBF after only owned BTO once.
2) However, you must buy a 99-years leasehold 2-rm BTO/SBF only when you reached 35 years old.
3) Only when you reached 55 years old then, you are eligible to apply for a 2-rm flexi-leasehold BTO/SBF.
