Hi,

I would say to shortlist and hear more from one or two whom you are comfortable with and can be committed to your plans and is looking to build a long term relationship with the client. If the realtor is able to listen and tailor something based on your requirements, you would naturally feel the rapport to want to go further with their action plan. It is counter productive to work with many and you probably would feel drained to repeat the same thing over and over again.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,

Hi

In this age of technological advancement, most agents would have access to all units available on the market. Having multiple buying agents is counter productive. What is the most important for a buyer agent is to be able to understand your needs, work out on your budget and as for myself, I will always source high and low and use my negotiation skills for best buys either price or deposit wise for all my buyers. Personally I could not think of any advantage for having multiple buyer agent. In fact there are lots of disadvantage with you using this. The rapport built between you and the said agents might not be very strong and this will affect the said agents motivation to assist you in the best of your interest. They will be more concern to close deals faster so as to 'win' other agents without regards to the historical records of the said unit and the ability for you to negotiate on lower prices and even lower deposits in case you do not have that much cash on hand. What is worst is a situation where you have to fork out high amount of cash unexpectedly (due to COV) or the said agent did not do a proper financial calculation on your profile and you bought the unit well above your budget. By using multiple agents, you will create an impression that you are well aware of the buying process, procedures and your financial profile and therefore do not need any advise on those. I do provide a free and non obligatory consultations in regards to purchasing property in Singapore. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory consultation on this.
