$100k COV for jumbo unit will have to depend on your location, condition, facing and what amenities you have around you. I would not say it's not possible but it's still dependent on what you have at hand.

EM and Jumbo are very rare now as HDB had stopped building them. Therefore, these type if housing can usually fetch a premium COV.
However, it depends on the location, level, facing and condition of the house. I am sure that even if you can’t get $100k COV, you should be able to get a decent COV.
