Estimated resale value should be in the range of $900k for a 3 bedroom unit, which is subjected to the level and condition of the unit.

Is your unit a tenanted one or you are staying in the unit. My question is why such a switch of location to the east? 3 bedrooms Casa Merah is selling in the range of $1.5m while Optima is calling at about $1.3m.
