Is it possible for 2 single siblings below 35 (22 & 24) to buy a 2 room flat? Because grandparents coming to stay with us in current house which makes it 4pax per room so me and sister want to buy a cheap hdb that we can stay in/rent out.

Hi,

Joint Single Scheme only applicable to Singapore Citizen who are:
(1) Above 35, who are either unmarried or divorced.
(2) Above 21, who are widowed or an orphan.

You will be able to purchase resale HDB if you meet any of the above conditions.
