Both projects are good choice. Each has its own merit.

Prices of Caspian and nearby project has been on the rise due to the prices of the lakefront residences, general good economy performance and also the future Jurong Lake development plan. At this moment, potential upside for the price of Caspian to move up in the future will be higher (if the current economy condition and demand remain the same or better)

The official TOP of caspian is in 2013, but looking at the rate that it is constructed, it may be TOP in 2012.
