Afternoon Mr. Lan,

Firstly HDB is purchased for the purchase of staying and it's cheaper than condo. Hence comparison are not very appropriate. All that I can can is that most BTO will achieve selling price of at least 140% of purchase price, upon reaching MOP, based on the location, condition, level and facing.

Condo hardly get such margin within 5 years unless there are ideally located.
