is it hard to find a 3 resale room flat with a COV of 10K and below

Recently, we have just closed a deal without COV for our buyer buying a HDB 3 room resale in Hougang.
There is not guarantee that there will be no COV, however, understanding the various factors that may affect the level of COV will help minimize the impact.

If you have the finds of 10k cash for COV, it is definately workable. I have recently purchased a 3 room for 2 of my buyers one with no COV and another with $5k COV.
