Der sir/madam,
It is pretty neutral for now. Is there anything I can help? Buyers nowadays do not rush into any purchase like before, paying premium prices. They are more selective now in terms of their purchases. On the other hand, owners are not selling their properties at fire sale prices now and usually have the necessary holding powers to finance the property. It is more of an agent's market now, where we will come in between buyers and sellers to negotiate for the right price.
