Hi,

There is a clause in the prescribed HDB OTP which allows for both seller and buyers to submit within a certain period of days, so its legal as long as its submitted within what is inked in the OTP. The typical time is within 30 days for both parties to submit after OTP exercised.

There's a specific clause within OTP that indicate on the timing required for both parties to submit the application to HDB. Your servicing agent will be your best person to assist you accordingly.
