Is buying a top floor unit in the Resale market hard? (HDB)

Hi
TOP floor units are generally priced higher than lower floors but in terms of difficulty to secure as buyers, it is very subjective. There are also 'undesirable' high floor unit (eg facing expressway, in bad condition) From my experience, I have encountered some low floors sold within a day with high COV and some high floors being on the market for few months. I think due to dwindling supply of housing, let alone top floor unit, it might not be easy to buy an ideal house of your choice. Need to be patient.
