Is a building legal without an OC is it legal if it has only CC and blue print in aMira Rd the brokers always say it is a legal building if it has a CC.They also say the have pass that the builgs which are build after 2000 then it is legal and it wont be demolish.I want to buy property in Mira Rd please advice me and tell which papers i have to check to see the property is legal.I will be thankful for your perfect advice
