Interested in buying resales tanglin halt area which has been announced for Sers ( en bloc ) for the new flats in dawnson , however, I haven't turn 21 years old- Co applicant ( will officially turn 21 this year 2015 December) and my husband - main applicant have already turned 21 Years old. Can we still eligible ?
We both are Singaporeans and have work continuously for more than one year.

Morning Eileen,

Unfortunately, both applicants must be aged 21 at point of signing the OTP. Hence you might have to wait till end of this year before you can proceed with the purchase.
