Interest to buy a unit in Sunny Palms @ Telok Kurau but noticed that the exterior of the condo is in quite a bad state although it's only 6+yrs. Also noticed many owners are trying to sell their units (more than 50% listed in property guru); is there a problem with this condo?

Hi,

the many listings in property guru could also mean that a few or many agents are marketing the same units. If you find similarities in terms of pricing and sizes, then most likely it is the case.
