Currently I have a good investment with good rental yield. The rental yield is 6.2%. Is a unit at Compass Heights, owner selling with tenancy and also selling with full furnishing. It is a corporate tenancy expire in Oct 2009 but high chances of renewing.

This is a 3 BRs, 1292 sq.ft, unclocked, facing open field. Asking only $720K, tenanted at $3,700/mth.
