In estimation of the number of floors that can be build on a condo, we need information on the plot ratio and GFA? Or there is another ratio we need? how do we convert these numbers into the maximum number of floors or levels that can be built?

Hi Ken,

Plot ratio = gross floor area/site area
Maximum level of building can be obtained from URA's Master Plan 2008. Building cannot exceed both plot ratio and maximum height level.
