In due of the latest GE result for Aljunied GRC (which comprises of Paya Lebar), how will the future development (the blueprint to develop this area into a business hub, etc) be affected ? I am concerned whethe the property price will be affected in terms of repurcussions. Thinking of acquiring a condo units around that area as investment, but now should I drop that idea ?
