Option fee is the deposit to place for an offer to your desired offer property once the deal is firm up with both the seller and buyer. Dear sir, An Option To Purchase is a legal contract between a seller and buyer which contains the agreed purchase price, particulars of sellers and buyers and etc. Option fees is the amount payable as deposit to the seller which is an amount not more than $5,000. Afternoon, OTP is named: Option to Purchase, which is the legal document used to facilitate the purchase and sale of property. Option Fee is payable to seller so that you can secure the OTP and to facilitate your documentation for loan. The exercise fee is payable when you have managed to obtain the Letter of Offer and decided that you want to firm the purchase.
